Congratulations, Constance and Bruce! It was such an honor for me to be present on your special day! You were both so easygoing and great to work for, and your little boy was as cute as can be! Best of wishes to you and please let me know if there is anything I can do for you in the future. 
 Did you know puppies grow like weeds? At least American Bulldog puppies do. My gosh, I was just at my friend Sue’s house photographing puppies with eyes still closed who were no bigger than, say, large rodents (if you missed the previous post and pictures of the puppies at one week old, you can view it here). Four weeks later, they are about three times the size they were, eyes open and adorable, chasing after pant legs and chewing on shoe laces! What a riot! We had a blast photographing them! This time I definitely put in my exercise quota chasing these guys around the yard, but what fun! 
My friend Sue, super creative owner, designer, and operator of Big Bad Collars, had puppies! Well, okay, if you want to get technical, her dogs were the ones who actually had the puppies … but that’s beside the point. Anyway, how often does a photographer get to take pictures of one week old puppies! Score! In these picures, you’ll see ones of the puppies sleeping in and around a very large leather collar. This is the collar belonging to their dad – a very big collar to fill! And it is, of course, one of Sue’s special designs. Be sure to visit her web site and blog to view her work. You’ll also see one picture of mom making a tally count to be certain this crazy photographer hadn’t made off with one of her babies! Stay tuned for pictures of the puppies at five weeks. What can I say – I couldn’t stay away from all the roly poly cuteness for long! :-)
